I have tried 2 other waist trimmer belts and this one seems to be the best so far. The other two sort of fell apart in a couple of months. I am 5'3 and the McDavid waist trimmer is the perfect size for my petite frame and adjusts for a tight fit. It really does make you sweat in the wrapped area. I use the belt every day to keep my waist slim. Good luck guys!

I've tried quite a few trimming belts and this is by far the best! It is very comfortable and the material they use are the best. I used it for the first time while using my treadmill and it made me drip sweat like crazy. If you have tried alot of belts before, you'll have to try this one. I love this belt and it does what it says it will. You won't be disappointed!

I have purchased numerous waist trimmers. I have found this waist trimmer to be just ok. While it straps on better than all others, it does not make me sweat as much. Even after a hard/fast workout. I probably will not purchase it again.

I rate this product highly because it does exactly what I wanted it to. It really makes me sweat during my workouts and even when I wore it under my clothes for work one day, I noticed that it made me sweat and I was just walking and moving around slightly. I think this would be a good addition to anyone's workout routine.
